Approach

I work with adults experiencing ongoing stress, emotional strain, and psychological pressure that is beginning to impact how they function in daily life. This can be summarised as ‘psychological and emotional distress’ of ten because we are not living the life we truly deserve and desire based on what values to us most.

Sessions focus on understanding what is maintaining the current pattern and developing realistic, sustainable ways to restore clarity, stability, and capacity.

My work is grounded in both lived experience and over 20 years of clinical practice.

Early in life, I experienced ongoing trauma, internal pressure, and a persistent sense of not being enough. Like many people, I initially responded by trying to push through it with effort and achievement. Over time, that approach stopped working. That shift led me to study psychology and social work, train in mindfulness-based approaches, and develop a deeper understanding of how stress and emotional strain affect day-to-day functioning.

That shift led me to study psychology and social work, train in mindfulness-based approaches, and develop a deeper understanding of how stress and emotional strain affect day-to-day functioning.

Today, my work integrates evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed practice, and nervous system regulation—applied in a straightforward, practical way.

But my approach goes deeper than traditional clinical methods. I have come to believe, through both my practice and my own life’s journey, that the present moment is the only moment we truly have. It is the anchor for everything. The more we can connect with and trust the present, the more options become available to us to explore what a meaningful, purpose-driven life actually looks like. I operate as a fellow explorer. I am committed to “Observe, Unhook, and Align”—a framework designed to move beyond institutional gatekeeping and toward direct, experiential truth. I test these tools in the real-world lab of my own life, from high-stakes trading to building a nomadic lifestyle, ensuring that what I offer is not just a theory, but a functional, liberating way to live.

Summary

If stress is starting to affect how you think, feel, or function day to day, this work provides a clear and grounded way forward. By practicing mindfulness and the ACT process, we stop merely surviving the stress and begin to tap into the true potential of our lives. A potential that is, quite literally, limitless. When we anchor ourselves in the present and unhook from the stories that hold us back, we open ourselves to a life defined not by limitations, but by meaning, purpose, and endless possibility.
